Please Restore My Hacked Konami ID Account Tagteam

I am writing because my Efootball Konami ID account has been hacked and the email address linked to it was changed without my permission. My Konami ID / in-game name is “Tagteam” and the original email address registered to the account was “maishkari***@gmail.com”. As of today I can no longer log in to my account at all. After noticing the issue, I tried to recover my account using the “forgot password” option and attempted to change the email back, but these steps did not work and I still cannot access my Konami ID. At the moment I am completely locked out of the account. I kindly request that my access to the Konami ID account be restored, the unauthorized email change be reverted to my original email address “maishkari***@gmail.com”, and that my account be secured so this does not happen again.
