Oysho Has Not Issued My Refund 13 Days After My Store Return

On May 6, 2026, I purchased a pair of leggings from the Oysho online store. On May 13, at approximately 5:00 p.m., I returned the product to the Oysho store located in Marmara Park Shopping Mall. However, despite 13 days having passed since the return, I still have not received my refund.
My order number is 60091235704. In addition to the missing refund, the returned item does not even appear as returned in my online account. From the system’s perspective, there is no indication that the return has been processed, which raises serious concerns about the status of my transaction.
I have contacted customer service several times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, during every conversation, I was simply told to “wait a little longer” without being provided with any meaningful explanation, status update, or concrete solution. No one has been able to explain why the return is not reflected in the system or why the refund has been delayed for such an extended period.
Because the product does not appear as returned and my refund has still not been issued, I have been left in an unfair and frustrating situation. I request that my return be properly recorded in the system and that the refund for this purchase be credited to my account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the delay and the current status of my return.
