Oysho Did Not Deliver The Product

I placed an online order from Oysho on December 11 for a pair of modal pants, with the order number 60059850327. On December 12, I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. However, for 8 days the tracking status has remained stuck on “in transit,” and the courier company has clearly stated that they have not yet received any shipment corresponding to my order. During this period, I contacted both the courier and Oysho customer service several times. The courier repeatedly confirmed that no parcel was handed over to them. Oysho, on the other hand, informed me that if the order was not shipped by the next day, they would issue a refund. Despite this, no concrete action was taken, and there has been no real follow-up to resolve my problem. Moreover, the customer service chats are often closed before I even have the chance to fully explain my issue, which has made the whole experience even more frustrating. I do not want a refund; I want the product I ordered to be delivered as soon as possible. I expect Oysho to urgently dispatch my modal pants, provide a clear explanation of what went wrong in the process, and offer an apology and appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience I have experienced. I kindly request that this issue be handled with priority and that my grievance be resolved without further loss of time.
