I booked a room at The Marine Hotel through Otelz.com on November 15, 2024 (reservation number: 5417972), with a cancellation option. I canceled the reservation on November 19, 2024. Despite being told that my refund would be processed, it has now been 14 business days, and I have yet to receive the payment back to my credit card.
I contacted my bank to check on the refund status, and they confirmed that no refund has been initiated. They also mentioned that refunds are credited instantly when processed. I previously reached out to Otelz.com customer service, and they assured me that the refund was on its way, but nothing has happened. I demand that the refund be issued immediately. This delay is unacceptable.
