Otelz.com Charged Me Twice for One Booking and Still Hasn’t Issued a Refund

On May 7, 2025, I attempted to make a reservation through the Otelz.com app. However, during the process, my card was charged twice for a single booking attempt. I immediately contacted their support team and was told to send an email explaining the issue, which I did without delay.
Despite acknowledging my complaint, they still haven’t resolved the problem. Instead of offering a refund or taking immediate action, they’ve left me waiting indefinitely for a response from their finance department. I’ve been left financially stuck and completely ignored, which is unacceptable given that the mistake was entirely on their end.
Otelz, I don’t want to keep waiting—I want a resolution now. Refund the duplicate charge and take accountability for the error. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for technical issues in your payment system.
