Otelz Ignored My Repeated Requests to Add a Guest to My Selge Beach Reservation
I booked a stay at Selge Beach Hotel through Otelz for my wife and two sons. A few days ago, I decided to add one more guest to the reservation and immediately contacted Otelz customer service to make the change. I called multiple times, explained my request in detail, and was told someone would get back to me—but no one ever did.
Despite following up several times, I received no calls, no emails, and absolutely no assistance. It felt like I was completely ignored. This lack of communication is deeply disappointing, especially for a booking platform that claims to offer professional service.
This experience has been nothing short of a letdown. I expected timely support for a simple request, but Otelz failed to provide even the most basic customer care. I urge the company to improve its response process and follow through on customer inquiries. At the very least, I deserve an explanation and a solution.
Otelz, if you want to keep your customers, start treating them with the attention and respect they deserve. Fix this issue immediately and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
