Otelz Bungalow Reservation Canceled Without Notice
I made a reservation for a bungalow stay through the Hotelz app, but unfortunately, a customer representative called me four days later to let me know that the reservation was cancelled. They insisted that it was not documented in their system and had already been purchased by another customer. It can be quite difficult to find suitable accommodations. Is there a way to cancel a reservation that was made several days ago? I am incredibly disappointed with this experience and have no intention of considering Hotelz again in the future.
