I have been using Origins GinZing eye cream and moisturizer for two days, and from the very first use, I experienced burning and redness around my eyes, as well as redness and small breakouts on my face.
To confirm whether the reaction was caused by the products, I tested them again today, and the same symptoms reappeared. Clearly, something in these products is not suitable for my skin, despite them being marketed as safe and effective.
I purchased these items from the official Origins seller on Trendyol, and I expect a prompt response regarding how to proceed. I request a full refund or a replacement with a more suitable alternative. Origins, please address this issue immediately!
