Harassment and Management Issues at Orange Country Alanya

We checked up at the hotel and inquired about the large pool in front of the children's pool. They pointed to the main pool, which also had a children's pool, and youngsters were playing on both sides. Endless screams flooded the air. I have never seen so many men-only holidays in one location, from newborns to teenagers.
My companion and I, both women, went because we thought it was a family hotel. We sought a refund the moment we saw it, before even settling into our room. But it wasn't given. In addition, all of the local hotels were fully booked when we contacted. We decided to spend six days by the shore. Trying to get therapeutic beds on the pier was like a struggle; we tried at 7 a.m. and they were already taken. The next day, at 6 a.m., we rushed out the elevator in our pajamas, towels in hand, to grab a position. We survived this ritual, sleeping only three hours every day. We were screamed at by security while lying on our balcony, followed by Kazakh and Turkmen tourists. We complained publicly, and security moved us.
Then, every day, we saw at least two fights on the pier. Sleep-deprived and emotionally exhausted, we discovered our towels thrown into the sea at 5 a.m. on the final day. Under constant stress, it seemed like I was in the military rather than on vacation. We were continually approached by groups of males and asked to join tables. We can't remember.
Two tourist women made gestures intended to incite us into a fight. We complained, but no action was taken because there was no sufficient security. They teased us for 45 minutes. We contacted the gendarmerie, and a report was made on our final day. It was disastrous. All of the Turkish guests were unhappy. The international guests' strange behavior was beyond the control of the superb personnel, which included G*** at reception, U***, M***, and B*** in management, N**** at the bar, and all security. But it was fruitless.
It's been two days since my return. We finally sleep well at home, but we can't get over the ordeal. The animation was good. The only positive was meeting friendly Turkish folks. We began collaborating to reserve spots. Anyone who wants their children to enjoy the pool should go ahead; otherwise, it is not a place to rest. The pier boards were moist, and one of our towels was infested with insects. We were bitten by sandflies all over the beach. We enjoyed the cuisine, but experienced unexplainable bloating. I am grateful to be home.
