I mentioned that I had made the reservation three months ago and that this had not been communicated to me beforehand. We sat anxiously until the last minute, everyone boarded the plane, and then they called us. Even as we were boarding, I noticed a change in their attitude when they saw my spouse's documents. We were seated at the very back, as if we were being taken for free. In summary, you purchase the vacation, and your information is forwarded to the hotel.
You pass through security checks without any issues, but a staff member at the gate can ruin your entire vacation and upset you. Additionally, this staff member is from a company that is a partner of theirs.
