Oral-B problems with the refill

When I first attached the replacement head to my electric toothbrush, it broke within a maximum of 1 minute, and the tip of the replacement head started spinning. There is no issue with my device because when I attach a new head, the device continues to function.

The main problem is that the Consumer Relations department directed me to technical support due to the malfunction of the spare part. Even companies producing low-quality components no longer practice such a procedure.
