Hoover Authorized Service Request Is Pending

I've been trying to get help from the service center since October 26, 2022. I made six requests already, but still haven't heard back, my warranty is almost up, and if I don't do something soon, I might have to take legal action. the thingy has a three-year warranty in Turkey, which is still active.  can you please take care of this ASAP and fix it before the warranty runs out? Thanks! It's super annoying when your appliance is broken and the service center isn't responding.  I've been a loyal customer and was hoping for better customer service and a quicker fix to my problem, if they can't come now, what's going to happen when this thing ages and years pass??
