Oppo Damaged My Reno 6 During Battery Repair and Returned It in Worse Condition

On October 8, 2024, I delivered my Oppo Reno 6 phone to your Ortaköy service center for battery and freezing issues under service form TR04-014R241008001. Today, October 26, 2024, I collected my device from the same service center. I was informed that the battery had been replaced and the service was complete. However, upon reaching home and inspecting the device, I discovered significant issues that were not present when I handed it over. Specifically, the device’s back cover is detached from the main body (as shown in the attached image), a visible stain is present inside the camera lens, and the top left front edge is crushed. These damages are entirely new and were not on the device when I initially delivered it for service. It appears the technician did not thoroughly check the device before it was returned to me. Since the service center is closed on weekends and today is a public holiday, I am reaching out via email to officially record this issue. I request that immediate action be taken to rectify these problems, and I expect full resolution to address the inconvenience caused by these additional damages. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
