I Experience Call Audio Problems on My New Oppo Reno 13 F and Want a Refund
Hello, I purchased an Oppo Reno 13 F from Teknosa on June 29, 2025, and I’ve been facing severe problems with it from day one. During phone calls, either the audio cuts out entirely, or I can't understand what the other person is saying due to garbled or missing sound. This is a critical function for any phone, and it’s unacceptable that a brand-new device is failing at something so basic.
When I went back to Teknosa to return the phone, they told me I had to take it to KVK service center, where I was told to wait 1 to 24 business days just for a response from the technical team. Now I'm left without a working phone, completely inconvenienced, and no clear path to a solution. I specifically went to buy a Samsung, but based on the praise for Oppo from the store staff, I gave it a chance—and deeply regret it.
I am demanding a full refund or immediate replacement. I should not be paying ₺ for a phone that can't even handle calls properly. Oppo and Teknosa need to stand behind their products and take responsibility. I need a resolution urgently.
