Oppo Service Replaced My Device Without Informing Me and Gave No Updates
On December 28, 2024, I dispatched my device to the İstanbul AGM Teknoloji Oppo service. As of January 8, I still haven't received any updates. I reached out to Oppo customer service, and they told me a replacement decision was made, but I hadn’t been informed about it. How can this even happen? I'm uncertain whether the replacement device will match the model I returned. This was a completely new device, and now I'm stuck in this perplexing situation. The absence of communication has truly been a challenging experience for me. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly. This experience has been quite troubling.
