I Face AI Feature Failure and Internet Connection Issues on My Oppo Reno 10 3F

I recently purchased the Oppo Reno 10 3F and was initially excited to try out its promoted AI capabilities. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The AI tool does not work as expected—when I try to select an object using the AI photo editing feature, I constantly receive an error saying "object could not be removed", even though the selection is clear and correct. This defeats the purpose of having AI assistance if it fails on simple tasks.

On top of that, I'm facing frequent internet connectivity issues, even in locations with strong Wi-Fi or mobile data. The device randomly disconnects or becomes too slow to use basic apps, including those required for the AI tool to function. These are not minor bugs—they seriously affect the phone’s usability and reliability.

I paid a premium price with the expectation of smooth performance, especially for features like AI that were heavily advertised. Oppo needs to resolve these problems urgently. I request a software update or clear fix to ensure the advertised features actually work. If this issue is not handled promptly, I will consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board.
