I Can’t Use the Photo Retouch Feature on My Oppo Reno 11fs

I recently purchased the Oppo Reno 11fs specifically because it advertised photo editing and retouching features. However, despite the feature being shown in the phone's interface, it doesn’t actually work. The option is there, but it’s completely unusable.

This was one of the main reasons I chose this phone over others. If the feature isn’t functional, why advertise it as available? I’m seriously disappointed, and I want to know if this issue is unique to my device or if it’s a wider problem with this model.

Oppo, please fix this issue immediately with a software update or provide a solution. I paid ₺ for this phone and expect all promised features to work as advertised. I'm waiting for a clear and prompt response.
