OpenSea Buyer Unable to Purchase My Listings

I have an OpenSea.io page with active listings, and I have a buyer interested in purchasing three of my items. However, the buyer encountered an issue during checkout and was unable to complete the purchase.

They informed me that they tried multiple times but could not proceed with the transaction. I have checked my listings, and everything seems fine on my end, but the problem persists.

I need urgent support from OpenSea to resolve this issue and ensure my buyer can successfully complete their purchase. Please look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible. I do not want to lose this sale due to a platform error.
