I Demand Opensea.io NFT Marketplace Address Security Issues with My Child’s Artwork

I am writing this complaint to voice my frustration over the serious security vulnerabilities I encountered while listing my child’s original artwork on Opensea.io. I uploaded her drawings for sale, expecting a safe marketplace, but instead fell victim to scammers posing as potential buyers. They contacted me via private messages, made it seem like they truly wanted to purchase my NFTs, and even left positive feedback. However, they exploited my lack of experience by using multiple fake accounts to deceive me, ultimately gaining access to personal information and wallet addresses. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action from Opensea.io. They need to implement stronger safeguards, conduct thorough investigations, and permanently ban bad actors. I urge the company to address these alarming security issues and protect honest creators before more people get harmed.
