2022 Model Opel Mokka Headrest Color Lighting (Change)

I own a 2022 Opel Mokka 1.2 t gsline car. In July 2022, I took delivery of my new vehicle from the dealership. After one year, the leather on the back of the headrests began to discolor slightly. This discoloration gradually increased, and it appeared in the headrests of five seats. I called Opel Turkey Customer Service about this issue and sent an e-mail to customer service in April 2024 with photos of the seats. In response to the e-mail, we filed a complaint, and they told me to bring it to the service, and the decision would be made after that. On June 8, 2024, I went to Opel Aysa Service for my vehicle's 30,000 second maintenance. I told him about my problem with the headrests. At the end of the service, they stated that the discoloration of the headrests was a user error and instructed me to contact Opel Türkiye customer service. Because it was Saturday, I called Opel Turkey Customer Service on Monday and explained that the service claimed it was user error, but I refused to accept that. They claimed it was due to the chemicals used in the washing machine and the sun, but I pointed out that half of the seat is leather and discoloration can't be limited to the headrests. They claimed that this discoloration was not covered by warranty for some ridiculous reason, such as user error, despite the fact that the vehicle's warranty was still valid, and they advised me to use it in this manner. In order to take it to court, I requested an e-mail from Opel Customer Services stating that the error was user error and out of warranty, but they only provided information over the phone. No attempt or advice was given to solve the problem (except that I use it in this manner). I'm complaining about Opel Company, Opel Customer Services, and Opel Aysa, who all said it was user error.
