Opel Failed to Fix My 2023 Model Corsa and Made Me Tow It 100 Km Twice

I made an appointment with Ağaçlı Opel service in Aksaray on 30.01.2023 because my son's 2023 model Opel vehicle with the license plate 34 ** 176, which is under warranty, was pulling to the right. Of course, a surprise awaited me when I arrived. They said they did not have the necessary tools to fix the fault and even if they did, it would cost ₺1500. They advised me to go to the industrial site instead. On 28.12.2025, a lady named K*** from Opel headquarters kept me waiting for two days without offering any help. Ağaçlı Opel service is a center of complete indifference. They may quickly change the oil and filter, but for ₺12000, it’s no better than an ordinary repair shop in the industrial area. The service does not care about mechanical problems. They simply said the rod was faulty and needed full replacement. I traveled 100 km to Aksaray for nothing and had to tow the car to the local industrial site, where it now sits because I cannot drive it due to the pulling issue. Opel headquarters and service centers, from K*** to the entire staff, seem to have perfected the art of brushing off customers. K*** eventually called me back after four hours with no solution, only more confusion. Thankfully, a fellow citizen with a tow truck helped me get the car back to the district industry 100 km away. I am writing this specifically regarding the Aksaray Opel service, which is a complete fiasco. If you ask me, avoid both Opel headquarters and Aksaray Opel service altogether. We burned ₺500 on fuel going back and forth, and as a result, a 2023 Opel is now sitting in a Class 8 industrial yard. They are quietly waiting for their next victim in these so-called service centers.
