Opel Service Wasted My Day and Did Not Repair My Vehicle
On the morning of 14.08.2025 at 10:00, I delivered my Opel vehicle to Erdemir Opel service for repair. Hours passed, and by 16:00 my car was still in the same spot—no work had been done, and I received no proper update. This is a complete disregard for the customer. We trust an authorized service with our cars, yet all we get is indifference, neglect, and a waste of our time. If such a simple appointment and scheduling cannot be managed, Erdemir Opel’s “authorized service” title should be seriously questioned. I lost my time and was left in a difficult position. Opel’s continued cooperation with a service that clearly does not value customer satisfaction damages the brand’s reputation. If no action is taken, I will share this bad experience on every platform and pursue my rights through official channels.
