After-sales customer satisfaction and service are supposed to be very important, but that hasn't been my experience. The tire of my 2021 Opel Corsa 1.2 Ultimate burst, which caused all the cables going to the right rear wheel to be cut off. The cables fused and shorted, burning out the ABS brain. I separated and taped the ends of the cables to prevent fire or further problems, then took my car to Otosay Opel in Ankara. They initially told me they would fix it under warranty, so I left the car with them. Later, they returned the car without repairing the ABS brain, even though they told me that the Opel center in France had recommended replacing it, which would cost me ₺60-70.000, maybe even more.
Despite knowing this, they gave my car back without fixing critical safety systems like ABS and EPS, seemingly to avoid repairing under warranty. When I asked where I could file a complaint, the service manager mocked me and said, "Apply wherever you want, no one can do anything." If I couldn’t use the warranty, why was I pushed to buy it in the first place? It’s disappointing that even Opel’s authorized service treats customers this way.
I’ve come to realize that buying a car from Opel and dealing with Ankara Otosay is a mistake. They don’t care about you after the sale and talk down to you. I’d greatly appreciate any help with resolving this issue.
