I decided not to proceed with the repaint, and instead accepted just the monetary compensation. But it has now been over three months, and I still haven’t received a single lira.
In a highly inflationary environment, the delay has made things worse—my compensation has lost value, and Opel’s indifference has left me frustrated both financially and emotionally. Despite reaching out multiple times, customer service has provided no solution.
Opel, this is unacceptable. You acknowledged the damage and the loss of value—honor your own protocol and pay what you promised immediately. I'm prepared to take legal action if this continues any longer.
