Onwin Refused to Pay My Balance After Claiming I Had Multiple Accounts
On January 3, 2026, while my Onwin account balance was approximately $6,420, I submitted a withdrawal request. While my withdrawal request was still pending, my account was suddenly closed without any request for documents or additional verification. When I contacted live support, I was told that the reason for the closure was that I supposedly had another account. However, this is the only account I have ever opened in my own name on Onwin, and I have previously completed many deposits and withdrawals without any issues.
Closing my account and refusing to pay my funds after I achieved a high balance, based on such a justification, does not reflect good faith. My expectation from Onwin is that my account be reopened and that the full balance of my winnings be paid to me immediately and without delay. I request that this matter be urgently reviewed and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
