Betnano Closed My Account with ₺106K Balance, Denying My Winnings

On November 30, 2024, I played on my Betnano account with a balance of ₺60K. After playing slot games, I increased my balance to ₺106K and requested a withdrawal of ₺100K. Shortly after, Betnano closed my account and told me to contact live support.
I requested a call, and they informed me that "someone else played games on your account, so your account has been closed, and you can no longer log in." This excuse is beyond ridiculous. How can they claim someone else played when I personally used my account? If another person wanted to play, they would use their own account—not mine.
It’s clear this is just an excuse to avoid paying out my winnings. Betnano, which advertises itself as a licensed and trustworthy site, has locked my account and confiscated my ₺106K. I demand my account be reinstated and my winnings paid out immediately. No legitimate platform behaves this way.
