Today, through the OSM Android app, I accidentally purchased ₺679 worth of Boss Coins. The purchase was made via Google Play using my Google account (a**********@gmail.com**) and my in-game username is Rwexia. The transaction ID is GPA.3372-9892-4097-44879.
The Boss Coins have not been used at all, and immediately after realizing the mistake, I submitted a refund request. I also contacted OSM customer service, but I have not received any response to my email. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and it has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I am requesting a full refund of the ₺679 that was mistakenly charged. Since the coins were never used, there should be no problem reversing the transaction. I expect OSM to resolve this issue promptly and ensure that players are not left without support in situations like this.
