I Face Missing Refund in Efootball After -7500 Coin Error on Redmi 13C
On my Xiaomi Redmi 13C, I accidentally pressed the payment option multiple times while playing Efootball. As a result, my coin balance dropped to -7,500.
On September 5, 2025, I submitted a refund request for ₺2,300. In the game, I even received a notification saying that the refund was completed. However, no money has been returned to me. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
My in-game username is yusuffcn.65. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately and that my ₺2,300 refund be sent to me without further delay. This unfair situation has left me dissatisfied, and I expect prompt action to correct it.
