Omron M2 Basic Blood Pressure Monitor Warranty Claim Denied for "Drop Damage"
Unfortunately, my Omron M2 Basic blood pressure monitor stopped working. I sent it to the service center with a medical warranty, but unfortunately, it was returned unrepaired. They claimed that the reason for the malfunction was screen damage. Even though the device has been stored in its closed box and hardly used since it was bought in 2020, it was alleged to have fallen without any documentation or report. No records or documents have been provided. I will bring this matter to the attention of the Arbitration Board, although a service report has not yet been sent. It is disappointing to see a brand of such a high reputation exhibit such negligence.
