Omron Blood Pressure Monitor Defective Unit and Unfair Blame

I purchased an Omron blood pressure monitor a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, the device is not working as expected. After sending it to the technical service along with the warranty documents, we were disappointed to find that they had written misleading statements, falsely attributing the issue to user error. They have sent a defective device and have the nerve to suggest it's the user's fault. And to top it off, they have the audacity to offer a discounted new product!
