Omron M4 Intelli Blood Pressure Monitor Stopped Working After One Use
I purchased the Omron M4 Intelli blood pressure monitor on 26.08.2026 and used it only once with the included batteries. After removing the batteries, I didn’t use the device again. Less than a month later, when I tried to use it, the device wouldn’t turn on. I sent it to the service center under warranty. The day it arrived, it was immediately shipped back to me (not in the careful packaging I sent it in, but loosely wrapped in a thin bubble wrap with a crushed box). The note inside claimed that the device’s circuit board was burned due to using the wrong adapter, and it couldn’t be repaired. However, I only used the batteries that came with the device and never used an adapter or any external power source. I’m extremely disappointed with the service from such a highly-praised brand. This kind of poor service and lack of resolution for a device I used just once is unacceptable. I trusted Omron for its quality, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the brand.
