Omix x400 Mysteriously Bent All on Its Own, Two Months Left on the Warranty
I bought an Omix x400 phone from a Turkcell store, and got to say, it's been nothing but a headache. About 2-3 months after getting it, the phone mysteriously bent all on its own – no drops, no bumps, just went wonky. Turns out, the battery swelled up, causing this weird shape. With a solid two months left on the warranty, the thing conked out while charging and never came back to life. off it went to the warranty folks. They hit me with a $250 charge, claiming it was user error, not covered by the warranty. This phone's a dud, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The company's support? Absolutely nonexistent.
