Redmi Note 12 Screen Defect & No Support From Turkcell

When I bought my Redmi device from a Turkcell store, it started randomly turning on and off right away. Turkcell called me the following day, and I mentioned the device's flaws, which included pixel shifting and delayed charging. They rebuilt the motherboard without consulting me. Store personnel informed me that a brand-new phone had come, but when I picked it up, they just replied, "We replaced your phone, plugged it in, no problems." I sought a replacement after earlier sending an email with a photo indicating the item was not new. They returned it to the servicing center. On April 25, 2024, the service center contacted and stated that the phone was definitely distorted, creating pixel shifting and power concerns. To recap, I can't understand how a phone I haven't even used, having discovered a defect at packaging, could end up twisted. Both the store staff and Turkcell have been total disappointments. This situation is very upsetting. Meanwhile, Turkcell customer service maintains it is unable to assist with the situation.
