Android 12 Update Messes Up Wi-Fi on My Omix 400
My Wi-Fi has been automatically turning off and switching to mobile data since my Omix 400 received the Android 12 update, disrupting my internet connection. I contacted customer service for assistance, and their response was to courier the device to the technical service. This problem only arose after my phone was updated. Sending it to technical support seems unnecessary; if this problem arose after the update, it should have been thoroughly tested before the phone was released to the public. This situation is very frustrating to me. It is inconveniencing my daily life, and the solution provided by customer service does not appear to be efficient or logical. Unexpected disruptions like this can be extremely aggravating when you rely on your smartphone for so many aspects of your daily routine. I hope the company takes the necessary steps to address this issue and offers a more practical solution to its customers who are experiencing similar issues with the Android 12 update.
