The authorized service center, Troya, and Apple support have been unable to identify the root cause or fix the problem despite multiple attempts. Each time, my phone is reset, and my screen protector is damaged. This situation is causing both financial and emotional distress, and Apple fails to stand behind the product it sold. Contacting Apple support has not yielded any solutions; instead, I feel as though I am being stalled, wasting my time. Despite the significant amount paid for the product, I believe the customer service lacks a solution-oriented approach. I request a replacement for my phone.
