Since the day I purchased my Redmi Note 14 Pro, I’ve been constantly experiencing Wi-Fi disconnection issues. The problem isn’t limited to a specific network—it happens everywhere and on all Wi-Fi connections.
I’ve already updated the device’s software, and when that didn’t resolve the issue, I sent it to service under warranty. However, the service center responded saying “no problem was found”, and no repairs or replacements were made. Despite this, the issue still persists, and I’m unable to use the phone efficiently because of it.
My device is still under warranty, and I expect the brand to resolve this issue permanently as soon as possible, or alternatively, refund the full cost of the phone.
