Omio Refund Issue Regarding Connecting Bus

I am writing to request reimbursement for additional transportation expenses that I had to incur during my journey from Nantes to Enschede on 25 May 2026, booked through Omio under booking number 3353830533. According to my Omio itinerary, I was scheduled to travel with FlixBus and make a transfer at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (Central Bus Station), where I would board my connecting bus to Enschede. However, upon arrival in Paris at around 8:30 PM, the driver asked me to leave the bus and informed me that the bus would not continue to the stop indicated in my booking. This left me at a different location in Paris, from where I could not directly reach my planned connection. When I explained that I was following the itinerary provided with my Omio ticket, I was directed to the FlixBus office. There, a staff member informed me that, due to the late hour, they could not arrange any alternative transfer. I was advised to take a taxi to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and to later request reimbursement for this additional cost. Following this advice, I took a taxi from 61 Rue de Bercy, Paris, to Tremblay-en-France near Charles de Gaulle Airport in order not to miss my connecting bus to Enschede. The taxi fare amounted to €26.34, which I paid myself. I first contacted FlixBus about reimbursement, but they informed me that, since the ticket had been purchased via Omio, the request must be submitted directly to Omio. I have not received any response from Omio so far. In light of the above, I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that the additional transportation cost of €26.34 for the taxi be reimbursed to me.
