Naviera Armas No-Show Ferry Causes Extra Costs and Travel Disruption

I booked and prepaid a one-way trip with Naviera Armas from Los Cristianos to San Sebastián, scheduled to depart at 15:30 on December 25th. The booking was made on December 19th, 2025, through Omio, under booking reference FH42HZ5896JT, in the name of Anders Dahlqvist, email address andersdahlqvis***@gmail.com. When I arrived at the Los Cristianos port on December 25th for the 15:30 departure shown in my reservation, there was no corresponding Naviera Armas ferry available. Your ticket office was closed, and the next departure for the vessel Volcán de Tirajana shown on the display was at 18:30, which did not match the ticket I had purchased. As I still needed to travel at that time, I was forced to buy new tickets from Fred Olsen for the 15:30 departure on the same date. For the original journey with Naviera Armas, I have paid SEK 961.91 and received no service for the time and departure stated on my ticket. I find it very disappointing that tickets were sold for a departure that did not exist at the scheduled time, which caused both extra costs and inconvenience for me. I therefore request a full refund of SEK 961.91 for the unused ticket associated with booking FH42HZ5896JT, and I ask that this refund be processed as a matter of urgency.
