I Report Invalid Flight Booking via Tickets.com.tr from Skyscanner Redirect

On June 25th, I booked a flight through Tickets.com.tr after being redirected from Skyscanner, thinking I had found a cheap deal. I paid the listed price without issue, but soon after, I came across numerous online complaints about this agency. Concerned, I checked my flight on the airline’s official website and discovered that the departure flight at 03:50 did not exist there at all—there was no such flight number or schedule listed.
Within a few hours, I received an email from Tickets.com.tr stating that “tickets at this price are sold out,” and my payment was refunded. However, by that time I had already made non-refundable hotel reservations based on the original flight times. Now I’m forced to purchase new tickets for the same dates at a much higher price, causing me financial strain and major disruption to my plans.
I demand an official apology and compensation for the economic loss caused by this misleading process. This entire experience was avoidable and deeply frustrating. Please resolve this matter within 14 days.
