Yesterday evening, as I was checking out bridal gowns on the Oleg Cassini website, I spotted a whopping 99% off on certain dresses. I checked it out and then left the website. Afterward, I came back and chose to buy something. I got the dress and got a sales contract and notification confirming the purchase. I told all my friends about this. This morning, I woke up to a notification that my cancellation request has been approved, and I will be receiving a refund. I didn't ask for it to be canceled. They're saying there was a pricing error for just 4 minutes when I bought it, but that's not true. All my WhatsApp chats are evidence. They're attempting to pin their errors on me. I've gone through the sales contract and understand my rights. What they're doing is against the law. They cannot cancel my order. I'm going to pursue legal action against them.
