Oleg Cassini Sent My Dress with Security Tag Still Attached, Ruining My Event

I ordered a dress from the Oleg Cassini website, and they sent it to me with the security tag still attached. I felt like I was mistreated despite spending my own money. To make matters worse, the alarm wasn’t noticed until the day of the wedding at the tailor’s. Since the tag was inside the dress, it created an even bigger issue that had to be resolved last minute. I’m shocked at how such a reputable brand could make such a huge mistake. My special occasion was ruined, and the money I spent on this dress feels wasted. Oleg Cassini needs to address this immediately, as this is completely unacceptable.
