Oleg Cassini Refused Wedding Dress Return Despite It Never Being Worn or Tried On

I purchased a wedding dress from Oleg Cassini, but when I realized it wouldn't fit, I requested a return without ever trying it on to avoid any damage to the dress. Even though I initiated the return within the legal timeframe, my request was denied, and I was told that returns are not accepted. I followed all the procedures, and despite my efforts, I’ve been unable to resolve this issue. If this continues unresolved, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights. I expect a full refund since the dress was never worn or altered, and I would appreciate immediate assistance in processing my return.
