Although I saw and tried on similar dresses in-store, this specific dress was ordered without my seeing it in my size. The dress hasn’t been delivered to me, nor has it even arrived at the store. Despite this, Oleg Cassini is refusing to process my refund, putting me in a difficult position as a consumer. According to consumer rights, a product not yet received should be eligible for a return. I canceled the order within 24 hours, and I urge Oleg Cassini to respect consumer rights and process my refund immediately. This situation is causing unnecessary distress, and I ask for a prompt resolution.
