Olaplex Products Damaged My Hair and Scalp, Refund Request Denied
On October 28, 2023, I purchased three Olaplex products from your Ankara Cepa store, expecting them to strengthen and improve my hair. Instead, these products severely dried out and damaged my hair, leaving my scalp burning and irritated.
I was extremely dissatisfied and returned to the store to file a complaint. However, I was informed that my complaint was rejected, leaving me without a solution. Considering the high cost of these products, I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that my payment be refunded immediately. This experience has been disappointing, and I expected better from a reputable brand like yours. Please address this matter urgently.
