Olaplex Hair Treatment Caused Severe Hair Loss and No Improvement

I had an Olaplex hair treatment on August 18 and continued using the products as instructed. However, after nearly three months, my hair has not softened or improved as promised. Instead, I’ve experienced extreme hair loss, and noticeable thinning has appeared in certain areas of my scalp. My hair is literally falling out in clumps. Trying to contact the company has been incredibly difficult, and I’m left feeling frustrated and helpless. I trusted Olaplex to improve my hair, but it has only caused damage. I urgently need a response and a solution from Olaplex regarding this issue. This level of hair loss is alarming, and I strongly caution others about using these products.
