About a week ago, my OKX TR account was suspended, and I was asked to complete missing information, upload a bank statement, and provide documentation for my assets. Even though I uploaded all the requested documents completely and accurately, my account is still not restored and I am unable to perform any transactions.
I currently have approximately $3,700 worth of crypto assets blocked in my account. I have contacted customer support multiple times and have taken screenshots and records of all conversations. Each time, I am asked to upload the documents again. I comply by submitting documents that clearly show my full name, banking details, and all required information.
Despite this, I receive a response the next day stating that my submission was rejected and that I need to upload the documents again. Even though I meet all the requirements, my documents are not being accepted, and I feel that I am being deliberately treated unfairly.
I request that my account be reopened immediately and that I regain full access to my crypto assets. I expect this issue and the inconvenience I have experienced to be resolved urgently.
