On April 4, 2026, I deposited ₹1,000 from my Slice Payments Bank account via UPI to my Stake account in Mumbai, India. The transaction is marked as successful on my bank’s side, with UPI Reference ID 609477251698, but the funds have neither been credited to my Stake wallet nor returned to my bank account.
I contacted both Stake support and Slice Payments Bank regarding this issue. Slice Payments Bank clearly confirmed that the amount was successfully processed and sent from their end, while Stake support continues to claim that they have not received the funds.
As a result, I am stuck between both parties, even though the money has already been deducted from my bank account. I request that this ₹1,000 transaction be traced and immediately credited to my Stake wallet (not refunded to my bank account). I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and assurance that this type of issue will not happen again in the future.
