I Face Sidra App Login Error “Could Not Be Authorized”

I have been unable to access my account in the Sidra app since March 24, 2026, because I receive the error message “Sidra could not be authorized” every time I try to log in. As a result, I cannot use my account or access any services within the application.

I contacted Sidra customer support regarding this login issue, but I did not receive any helpful response or solution, and my access problem is still ongoing.

I request that my account access be restored as soon as possible, that the “could not be authorized” error be resolved, and that I receive a clear explanation of what caused this issue and how it will be prevented from happening again in the future.
