When I try to complete the required steps to reactivate it, I constantly run into an error during identity verification. Despite uploading my ID multiple times, I keep receiving the same frustrating message: “Your ID has been rejected, please try again.” I’ve followed all instructions carefully, yet the system continues to block me.
