I recently opened an account on OKX, completed all the required identity verifications, and activated every necessary security step. Despite this, I still can’t use my money—trading is disabled, and withdrawals are completely blocked. I haven’t received any proper explanation or useful response from support. Every time I reach out, I get vague or automated replies that don’t solve anything. This is incredibly frustrating. I opened this account in good faith to invest and manage my assets, but I’m being prevented from even using my own funds. I demand a clear explanation of why my account is restricted and immediate action to restore full functionality. I refuse to be further victimized by this lack of communication and access.
